Yes, we accept credit card payments. You can conveniently and securely make payments using your preferred credit card.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

By the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CPRA), and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), we inform you that if the duration of a tour or transfer exceeds the scheduled time, an additional cost of € 50 for each extra hour will be applied. You must pay this amount directly to the driver in cash. We collect and process this information solely to ensure proper service management and to fulfill contractual obligations.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Touring Amalfi Coast is not responsible for cancellations or changes to tours, transfers, or excursions due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
In the event of cancellation by Touring Amalfi Coast, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Limitation of Liability for Personal Injury or Loss of Property:

Touring Amalfi Coast assumes no liability for personal injury, death, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour or transportation unless directly attributable to the negligence of Touring Amalfi Coast.

Indemnity for Clients’ Attitudes:

Clients are responsible for their behavior. Dangerous or inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from the tour or excursion without the right to a refund.
Use of alcohol or drugs during activities may result in client exclusion and loss of right to reimbursement.

Limitation of Liability for Delays:

Touring Amalfi Coast is not responsible for transfer delays due to traffic, road conditions, or third-party delays.
In the event of a significant delay, Touring Amalfi Coast will try to find alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee completion of the tour, return on the cruise ship, or scheduled excursion.

Is it possible to request child seats?

Absolutely, we provide child seats upon request. Please specify this need when making your reservation to ensure availability.

How far in advance should I book my transfer?
We recommend booking your transfer at least 48 hours prior to your planned departure. This allows us to ensure the availability of the vehicle and driver.

Please note: these prices are based on our standard and most frequently requested routes. Longer-distance destinations, such as Rome, Florence, or other cities outside our standard service area, are subject to higher rates based on the distance and itinerary.

The applicable price represents the total cost of the service. Your credit card will only be charged the €100 deposit at the time of booking.
